The Heart Behind Sunflower

Living on 7.5 acres in a small, close-knit community, my life is a tapestry of independence and connection. My partner and I grow our own food and tend to our animals—sheep, ducks, and chickens—while I balance my businesses. Surfing in my spare time, I find inspiration and balance in the waves, embodying the slow-living ethos that undercurrents through my personal and professional life.

I have been in the fashion industry for 20+ years, having different business pursuits over the years, Sunflower certainly has captivated my heart. Vintage took over my life when I walked into an antique shop in a small town in Vietnam many years ago. Slowly but surely Sunflower has grown and evolved from a very small brand selling collected second hand clothing, to now saving thousands of kilos of vintage from landfill, alongside hand picked ethical labels that align with my values.
