At Sunflower Seed Vintage, I believe in caring as much for our customers as I do for the treasures I curate. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, sizing, and sustainability.

I'm based in the South West of Western Australia, shipping worldwide from my little farm studio in Augusta. Each item is lovingly wrapped by owner Freya.

♻️ Returns

Due to the nature of vintage, conscious shopping and slow fashion, I do not accept returns on vintage or up-cycled items. Please check all sizing and condition details carefully before purchase. On new items I can offer an exchange or store credit.

If something doesn’t feel quite right with your item, please get in touch — I truly want you to love your Sunflower purchase.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with love and care from our vintage HQ in Augusta, WA. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your parcel is on the way.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 5-7 business days via Australia Post flat rate $7.95
  • Express Shipping (Australia): Available at checkout flat rate $10.95
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 AUD
  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Rates & duties calculated at checkout flat rate for standard, no express available

Every vintage piece is one-of-a-kind, which means sizing varies.

We provide detailed measurements in each product listing. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — I'm happy to help with fit advice.

Every piece you purchase  helps reduce waste, support slow fashion, and celebrate the art of re-wearing. I use compostable or recycled packaging and aim to minimise my environmental footprint at every step.
