🛍️ Orders & Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with love and care from our vintage HQ in Augusta, WA. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your parcel is on the way.
🚚 Shipping Information
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 5-7 business days via Australia Post
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout
- Local Pickup: Free pickup available from our HQ (in Augusta) – select at checkout and I will email you to arrange
- International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Rates & duties calculated at checkout
📏 Sizing & Garment Fit
Every vintage piece is one-of-a-kind, which means sizing varies.
We provide detailed measurements in each product listing. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help with fit advice.
♻️ Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage and slow fashion, we do not accept returns. Please check all sizing and condition details carefully before purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out.
